7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Refunds page. We offer one-time replacements for products damaged in transit only. All damage claims must include photographic evidence and are subject to review. One replacement per customer per order. Reconstituted products are not eligible for replacement. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misuse. Pro Peptides Shop is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or reconstitution of products after delivery.
